If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a rull refund of the items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item is damaged in transit please reach out with your order number we'll get it sorted asap!

We package orders as quickly as possible. Typically orders go out the same or next business day.

Preorder items go out within the preorder window - each preorder will have it's own turn around time in the item description.

We ship our products all over the world!

However, due to new GPSR regulations we are currently only able to ship our pins, progress keepers and accessories to the UK and Northern Ireland.

Pins, Keepers, Tools - We collaborate with yarn shops and event organizers for custom items all the time! Please note that our minimum order for any custom design is 100 pcs.
