Customs, import duties and tariffs are the fees and taxes applied to imported goods (goods transported across international borders), set by the government of the country in which you live.

Tariffs are applied based on the country of origin of a product. This does not necessarily mean where the product was purchased from but where the majority of manufacturing was completed.

Example: A hoodie sewn in El Salvador, and screen printed in Quebec, sold by a Canadian business would still have a country of origin of El Salvador

Our pins and accessories are drawn, and designed in Quebec. However there is currently no manufacturing of enamel products in North America. They are all produced in China.

While we are responsible for their design, proofing, packaging, and selling, the country of origin of many of our products remains China.

As current regulations stand, if an order contains one item that meets Tariff criteria, all items in that order are subject to Tariffs.

Please note that Twill & Print has no control over, and is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes or tariffs that may apply on international orders.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a rull refund of the items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item is damaged in transit please reach out with your order number we'll get it sorted asap!

We package orders as quickly as possible. Typically orders go out the same or next business day.

Preorder items go out within the preorder window - each preorder will have it's own turn around time in the item description.

We ship our products all over the world!

However, due to new GPSR regulations we have currently stopped shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland. We're actively working for a solution to provide compliance.

Pins, Keepers, Tools - We collaborate with yarn shops and event organizers for custom items all the time! Please note that our minimum order for any custom design is 100 pcs.
